These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoverUp X website and its services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 📦 Products and Availability

CoverUp X offers both pre-designed and custom-made phone covers and accessories. Product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product.

2. 🎨 Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete information for personalized designs. CoverUp X is not liable for errors in custom orders due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. 💳 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments via approved payment providers.

4. 🚚 Shipping and Delivery

CoverUp X ships from Puerto Rico via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to USPS.

5. 🔄 Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for pre-designed items that arrive damaged or defective, and must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.

CoverUp X shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved in local courts under Puerto Rican jurisdiction.
