At CoverUp X, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each product we offer. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
📌 Custom Products
All customized products (such as items printed with names, images, or custom designs) are final sale and non-returnable.
We encourage customers to review all details carefully before submitting a custom order.
🧾 Pre-Designed Products
You may request a return or refund for pre-designed items under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The return request is made within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect sizing or model chosen by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, or wear after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
We will request clear photos of the product and the packaging to process a replacement or refund.
🔁 Return Process

- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will send instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
💵 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
📦 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the error was on our part.
